Volume’s new Jason Watts Signature Smoko bar is made from butted 4130 CRMO heat treated tubing that was designed with all the butting in all the stress points of the bar.

Warranty
These bars are backed by a 90 day warranty from cracks. Not covered under warranty are bending, stripped knurling, twisting, denting or other such damage that is a sign of normal wear and tear, accidental or incorrect maintenance.

What is Butted Tubing?
The attached drawing shows how the butted tubing actually works. Thicker wall on the ends and on the bends where you need the strength and thinner wall on the straight parts where you can save weight. Typically 11 or 13 butted.
